Cool & Heat Air Conditioning is a family owned and operated company. We are licensed and insured. 

Leo as owner, also has over 15 years of experience in the field

 doing maintenance, repair and installations of AC units from 

different brands and sizes. 

Cool & Heat Air Conditioning has been servicing HVAC systems in our community with the care and quality that our clients love. We’re no stranger to South Florida weather and know the urgency that is needed when your air conditioning unit isn’t working properly. Jessika is Cool & Heat Air Conditioning better half.  After starting the company with her team, her efforts and excellent customer service have helped the company grow to what it is today. Whether she is answering the phones or making a delicious dinner to share with the team, you can bet she's doing it with a huge smile. Though she loves owning a business, you could find her in the pool teaching babies and kids how to survive in water as a qualified Water Safety Instructor!

David has worked in the A/C industry for 3 years, and spent 4 years with Cool & Heat Air Conditioning. He is a great part of our team! He is attentive and a great communicator with customers, to satisfy all their needs! When he's not solving A/C problems, you'll probably find him in the gym working out or going out to eat.

We are Open!

We have decided not to close our office at this time. In Florida, a well-running AC system is an absolute necessity, 

and we will be here for you when you need us.

We do, however, want to reassure all of our customers that we are taking every precaution to not only ensure uninterrupted service for our customers but also do so while keeping you and your health protected. In response to the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we are implementing additional protections for our employees, and additional options for protecting our customers and preventing the spread of the virus. 

Our technicians have been instructed to:

*Keep a 6ft distance from members of your home;

*Wash their hands with Hospital Grade soap before and after visits;

*Use antiviral masks when available in the trucks.

We are also offering our customers the option to install  UV Lights in their systems. These UV Lights have already been implemented in hospitals, clinics, and doctor’s offices for sanitation purposes and have been proven to be effective against airborne viruses. Personally, we each have these UV lights installed in our homes and in our children’s homes.
